Eden Park is the Children Ministry area at our church. Children attending Sunday morning or Wednesday evening activities will spend their time in Eden Park, learning about how much God loves them and has a plan for their lives.

On Sunday morning, children 5th grade and under meet in Eden Park during the teaching hour at 9:30 am. At 11:00 am, children ages 4 and older will join their families in the worship center. Children 3 years old and younger are cared for in our nursery during the teaching hour at 9:30 and the worship hour at 11:00.

On Wednesday evening, children enjoy games, teaching from God’s Word and learning Bible skills in Eden Park. These activities happen from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm and are for children 4 years old through 5th grade. Children 3 and under will be cared for in our nursery.

Fill out the Family Information Form to check in your child(ren) now or when you arrive at Sandy Plains Baptist Church

We value the safety and security of your children while they are in Eden Park.  Our volunteers have background checks and understand the importance of a safe environment for all children.  At the check in desk, children receive a sticker with their name

and a number as the parent receives a matching number sticker.  This sticker serves as the check out ticket to ensure that children only leave with the appropriate adult.

WHAT'S THE CHILL ZONE? ALL  kids ages kindergarten-5th grade are invited to join us for The Chill Zone 2020! This event is like a one day extreme Vacation Bible School with worship and activities designed for kids.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?  The cost for each child is $15. This fee includes a lunch, afternoon snack and all of the Chill Zone activities. There are t-shirts that can be ordered for $10 each.

WHEN DO WE LEAVE? Our church group will carpool to Douglasville Baptist Church on Saturday, February 15th. We will meet in the church parking lot at 7:30am for departure at 8:00am. We will stop for breakfast on the way to The Chill Zone and for supper on the way home. Each child will need additional money for these meals.

This event requires that the parent complete a Registration and Medical Release Form.  Please make sure the form is Notarized and turned in to the church office. You can have it notarized at the church office or anywhere else there is a Notary.
